Telemarketer - Phone Sales

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated telemarketer specializing in Phone Sales to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business development, foster customer relationships, and contribute to our growth.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
• Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Set appointments for owner and sales mgr to sell accounts
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products
• Strong phone skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence
• Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling strategies, and marketing integration methods
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
