Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Preferred (Hybrid/Remote flexibility for the right candidate)

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Producers (P&C preferred; L&H a huge plus)
  • Willing to consider high-energy sales professionals ready to get licensed (we’ll help!)
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Confident on the phone, organized, and strong with CRM systems

Your Day-to-Day:

Engage warm leads and generate new business opportunities
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Health policies
  • Build relationships that drive referrals and long-term retention

Work Setting:

  • In-Office Preferred (Capitol Hill location)
