Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive with strong sales and convincing skills to support our lead generation and customer outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of telemarketing or sales experience.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads successfully.
  • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Good communication skills both English and Arabic (Mandatory)
