Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively over calls, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
• Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
• Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English is preferred
• Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage
