Telemarketing Executive (Female)

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote courier and logistics services.
• Generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to build strong relationships and ensure conversions.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.
