Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our eye-care services and promotions.
• Schedule appointments for eye exams and follow-up consultations.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and track interactions in excel.
• Achieve set targets for calls and appointments.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in handling emails and queries
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
• Fluent in English other languages will be a plus.
• Preference will be given to Filpina Female Candidates
• Own Visa / Sponsored Visa Required.
• Available for immediate joining.
