Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
• Engage potential customers with compelling product pitches, emphasizing key features and benefits
• Build rapport through excellent communication skills, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate follow-up and tracking
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate terms with clients effectively, aiming to close sales while fostering positive relationships
• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture prospects and convert them into loyal customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and handle customer objections confidently
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $16.90 - $24.00 per hour
