Job Overview

We are seeking a persuasive and articulate Telemarketing Sales Representative to drive our local business growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients. Your primary focus will be connecting with businesses during standard local working hours, introducing our IT services, qualifying leads, and closing sales or booking technical consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound B2B calls to local businesses and prospects to introduce ZANS Trading's IT services.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify high-potential business opportunities, qualify leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Pitching & Objection Handling: Confidently present the value of our technology services and overcome standard gatekeeper objections.
• Sales Closure: Drive conversations forward to book executive meetings, product demos, or close direct service contracts.
• CRM Management: Keep daily, accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in our system.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Intermediate, A-Levels, or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or IT backgrounds are a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or indoor sales (Prior experience selling IT, software, or digital services is highly preferred).
• Language Skills: Strong verbal communication in Urdu; professional proficiency in English is an added advantage.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to DHA, Karachi for a standard day shift.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
