We’re looking for a proactive, energetic team member who thrives on building relationships and driving new business. In this role, you will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm while conducting outbound outreach to prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads. Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct outbound calls to new and prospective clients to build a strong book of business.
Acquire new customers through targeted prospecting in your assigned territory, lead campaigns, and referrals.
Qualify prospects using value‑based methods, identify their needs, and uncover opportunities for upgrades or cross‑sell solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting via online research, marketing leads, territory lists, and additional resources provided to you.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare, update, and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including MS Office; comfortable using social media platforms.
Experience with CRM entry and documentation.
Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to think creatively.
Self‑motivated with a competitive edge and strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
Demonstrated leadership qualities through personal or professional experiences.
Interest in sales, business development, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
Ability to build and cultivate strong client relationships.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Compensation
$17–$19 per hour + commission
