Duties

• Prospect & Connect: Execute high-impact outbound calls, leveraging strategic warm-calling techniques to build instant rapport and generate high-quality leads.
• Consultative Selling: Diagnose client pain points through professional B2B conversations to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Manage the Pipeline: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records within our CRM to systematically track all interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated success in telemarketing, inside sales, tech sales, or business development—ideally within the digital marketing space.
• Communication: Excellent, persuasive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms and managing multi-stage sales pipelines.
• Resilience: A "hunter" mentality comfortable executing high-volume outbound calling campaigns while maintaining a solution-oriented attitude.
