Telephone Operator

Job description:

We are looking for a female telephone operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Incoming Calls
• Appointment Scheduling
• Handling Inquiries
• Relaying Messages
• Internal Communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a telephone operator or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic procedures is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using phone systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
