Job Details :

Male (cancelled or visit visa) who can join immediately
An upbeat and cheerful personality with a clear voice
Passion for people, creativity and multi-tasking
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-year experience in a guest contact / customer services role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel
Intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Prologic, Service One MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
Fluency in English (reading, writing and verbal)
Flexible to work in varying shifts that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays
