Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for our Pakistani customer base. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, ensuring each interaction reflects our company’s commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and sales calls efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
