Location: 1 Stop Technologies, near Tim Hortons, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Compensation: Rs. 60,000 – 110,000

Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM (On-site, No Remote)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Client Retention Executive to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to retain and grow existing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients through cold outreach and warm leads.
  • Build Sales Pipeline and get the quote approved from client maintaining 85% or over closing ratio.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify potential issues and resolve them before escalation.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Develop strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
  • Prepare monthly client retention and feedback reports.

P.S: It would be a plus, if you can play good table tennis.
