Telephone Sales Executive – Investment Division

Executive Summary

Persian Horizon is a Dubai-based business and investment advisory firm offering structured investment plans to regional and international clients.

We are expanding our Investment Division and seeking an experienced Telephone Sales Executive to manage and close qualified investor leads. This is a performance-driven role suited for professionals who understand high-ticket sales and structured phone-based negotiations.

All leads are generated internally. No cold calling.

Position Overview

The Telephone Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and qualified warm leads, conducting structured investment discussions, and closing contracts over the phone.

You will play a key role in converting investor inquiries into signed agreements while maintaining high communication standards and CRM discipline. This role requires confidence, strong objection handling skills, and consistent follow-up until deal closure.

This is not an entry-level role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contact and manage qualified warm investor leads via telephone
  • Conduct professional investment consultation calls
  • Present structured investment plans clearly and confidently
  • Identify client objectives and align suitable solutions
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively
  • Close high-value agreements and ensure payment follow-through
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum **4 years of proven telephone sales experience** (mandatory)
  • Strong closing background in high-ticket sales
  • Excellent spoken English (clear, persuasive, professional tone)
  • Experience in investment, real estate, banking, or financial services preferred
  • Comfortable working with performance targets
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
