Telesale Executive - Tagalog

The company provides free shared bachelor accomodation and transportation.

Must have worked in Telesales.

Job Purpose:

Order Management

• Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
• Process orders received through online channel.
• Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
• Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
• Client acquisition/New Sales - Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.
• Client Relationship – Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
