About the Role:

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our healthcare division specializing in Unani and herbal medicine. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and Hindi, confident in communication, and passionate about helping people through natural treatments. You will be responsible for engaging with potential patients, explaining product benefits, and driving conversions via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential and existing patients.
• Clearly explain the benefits of Unani (herbal) treatments in a friendly and persuasive manner.
• Convert inquiries into consultations or product sales.
• Handle follow-ups to ensure successful conversions and repeat patients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Support onboarding of new patients and assist in customer retention.

Candidate Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent in Urdu and Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).
• Education: No graduation required – high school pass with confidence are welcome.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling, Call Center, or Customer Service roles preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Personality: Polite, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in communication.
• Visa: Own visa or spouse visa holders will be given preference.
