Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Proactively contact potential and existing customers (outbound and/or inbound) to present information about our products/services and generate new sales.
- Customer Engagement: Ask questions to understand customer needs and requirements, tailoring product solutions to meet them.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Documentation: Accurately record all call information, sales details, customer reactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and schedule future appointments or callbacks.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to refine sales strategies and ensure a smooth customer experience
