Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound UK customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer needs and provide the best EV charger solutions
• Create quotes and follow-up with interested customers
• Explain the installation process and available government grants clearly
• Use CRM tools to manage and update lead status
• Coordinate with UK operations team to ensure smooth customer journey
• Meet monthly sales targets with support from your team leader

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport
• Willingness to learn and grow with a new company
• Sales experience is a plus but not essential

Working Hours:

• UK Hours (e.g., 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pakistan time)
• Monday to Saturday
