Role Impact

As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in our customer communication strategy. By initiating and managing phone-based interactions, you will help drive footfall to our stores, promote new product offerings, and gather valuable customer insights. Your role is critical in maintaining ongoing engagement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about products, offers, or services.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve basic customer inquiries or concerns.
• Record customer information accurately in the database.
• Follow up on leads and support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone during all communications.
• Report on call outcomes and customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Required Skills

• Clear and confident verbal communication.
• Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with call handling systems.
• Ability to manage time and meet daily call targets.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: Plus Two (12th standard) or equivalent.
• Certifications (Optional): Any training in customer service or telemarketing is an advantage.

Past Experience

This is an entry-level role suited for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center environments. Prior exposure to retail or electronics-related customer interaction is beneficial.
