Krib Properties is a growing real estate brokerage operating in Dubai’s secondary market. We are looking for a highly driven Telesales Executive who is serious about performance and results.

This role is not for someone who wants a quiet desk job. It is for someone who is comfortable making 300 calls per day and turning cold conversations into real listing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling property owners and landlords daily
  • Minimum 300 calls per day
  • Qualifying serious sellers and generating listings
  • Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Coordinating directly with sales agents

This is a high-activity, target-driven role with clear expectations.

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Telesales experience is mandatory
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
  • Confident, persistent, and target-oriented
  • Able to perform under pressure

You must be comfortable handling rejection and maintaining consistency every day.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary AED 2,500
  • Commission between 3%–5% per closed deal sourced by you
  • Monday to Saturday | 9 AM – 6 PM
