Job Overview

A growing Interior Design Company is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join its team immediately. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Explain company services and offerings professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
