Telesales / Account Executive – B2B (Deskless Operations)
Location: Egypt (Cairo)
Reports to: General Manager – Egypt
Works closely with: CEO (KSA), Operations & Product Teams
Role Summary (Very Important)
We are looking for a smart, disciplined telesales professional to sell execution software to facilities and security companies.
This is not call-center work and not B2C.
You will speak with operations managers, supervisors, and business owners and help them understand how to control on-ground execution, not HR processes.
You will own the sales cycle in Egypt, from first call to paid pilot.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1-Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Call and qualify outbound and inbound leads
- Understand customer execution challenges (coverage, shifts, supervision)
- Disqualify bad leads quickly (this is a skill, not a failure)
- Run structured discovery calls
- Ask the right operational questions
2- Product Demos
- Deliver execution-focused demos
3- Pilot Management
- Propose and close pilots
- Coordinate onboarding with ops/product
- Stay close to customer during pilot period
4- Deal Closing & Expansion (Egypt)
- Convert pilots into annual contracts
- Identify expansion opportunities (more sites / users)
- Maintain account ownership post-sale
5- CRM & Reporting Discipline
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates
- Track:

- conversions
- Participate in weekly sales reviews
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 1–3 years B2B telesales or inside sales experience
- Comfortable speaking with managers and owners
- Strong questioning and listening skills
- Good English
- Comfortable with CRM tools
- Able to learn and stick to a sales script
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience selling to:
- facilities companies
- security companies
- outsourcing or services businesses
- Experience selling SaaS or operational tools
- Understanding of shifts, attendance, Time Tracking, Scheduling or field operations
Compensation
- Fixed salary (market-competitive, Egypt)
