Telesales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call, WhatsApp & Follow Up with potential customers (data provided).

2. Explain Plans – Monthly, 6-Month, Annual – and their benefits clearly.

3. Understand Customer Needs and recommend the right plan.

4. Manage Objections and answer common queries confidently.

5. Close Sales and help with payment process + Telegram channel access.

6. Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status and daily reports.

7. Work closely with founders to improve customer conversion strategy.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication in Punjabi, Hindi & Basic English
• Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills
• Basic tech skills – WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Telegram
• Confidence while speaking and dealing with clients

• Available even for night shift (Shift will be fixed)
• Must have their own laptop.
• Fixed Salary+ Incentive + Daily Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
