Mood Espresso LLC is expanding! We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships over the phone, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to new and existing customersPromote and explain company products and servicesGenerate leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesMaintain updated customer records and follow up on inquiriesMeet daily and monthly sales targetsProvide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantageStrong communication and negotiation skills, Confident, proactive, and target-driven and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
