Telesales Agent

Job Summary

The Telesales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services over the phone. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote Vodafone products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally
  • Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers clearly
  • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and call quality guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous telesales, call center, or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer handling skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
