Job Summary

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to and qualifying prospective leads, engaging clients via phone, providing accurate information on properties and projects, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into successful transactions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, possesses strong communication skills, and has a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing clients to provide accurate information on properties, projects, and investment opportunities.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries about company offerings.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Route qualified leads to the sales agents’ team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, calls, and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and ability to learn and communicate details of new projects.
  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing; real estate experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries and complaints.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
