Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Cairo. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective clients to promote the medical center's services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into appointments. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining a positive relationship with customers, responding to inquiries, understanding customer needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service at every step.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth
• Ability to handle objection handling and build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and phone systems
• Multilingual skills, especially in English and Arabic, are an advantage
• Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetic services industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£6,500.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
