Telesales Agent (Emirati)

Job Overview

Habico Properties is looking for a Emirati Telesales Executive to support our real estate sales team by contacting, qualifying, and nurturing leads from the Portuguese-speaking market. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, sales-driven, and focused on converting leads into appointments and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements
  • Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience in telesales, call center, or real estate is preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude
