Telesales Agent – Real Estate | Ajman, UAE

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Ajman, is expanding its high-performing sales team. We are looking for driven, target-oriented Telesales Agents who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads from CRM, portals, and marketing campaigns
• Promote and sell real estate properties, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities
• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and buying intent
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and lead management tools
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into appointments and property viewings
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover and deal closure
• Stay updated on property listings, pricing, payment plans, and market trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales / call center / sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Experience using CRM systems (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting)
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Languages (Highly Preferred)

• Chinese / Urdu / Hindi (priority)
• Arabic is a plus
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
