Telesales Business Lead

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented B2B Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential business clients, building relationships, and generating sales. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in B2B telesales, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients and pitch company products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads to close deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven B2B telesales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing and able to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
