Telesales Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Consultants to join our HOF Migration team. You will connect with potential clients over the phone, explain migration programs, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Clearly explain migration opportunities, requirements, and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and client follow-ups.
• Build rapport and handle client queries with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven telesales or call center sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English (Urdu and other languages a plus).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
• Background in immigration, consultancy, education, or financial telesales preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
