Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential buyers and investors from company-provided databases

• Qualify and shortlist serious leads for the sales consultants

• Schedule appointments and property viewings

• Maintain daily call targets and follow-up routines

• Update CRM with accurate lead information

• Build rapport and maintain professional communication

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure deal progression

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training provided)
