We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales cum Customer Service Executive to join our Furniture LLC team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product information, processing customer orders, and delivering exceptional service to enhance overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers choose the right furniture solutions.

Location: Curve Building, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to promote furniture products and services.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads to close sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM systems.

Customer Service

  • Handle inbound customer calls, messages, and emails regarding product inquiries, pricing, order status, deliveries, and after-sales service.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on style, space planning, and budget requirements.
  • Process orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide after-sales assistance, including warranty information, repairs, or returns as per company policy.

Coordination & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate sales and service documentation.
  • Coordinate with showroom staff, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities by providing customer feedback.
  • Keep updated with furniture product knowledge, materials, and specification details.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or retail sales (preferably in furniture or home décor industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
