Job Purpose: The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.
Client Management To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction by managing incoming calls and Outbound calls.
Customer Relationship To provide end to end support to customers (walk-in and phone calls), ensuring availability of committed products and on-time delivery.
Customer Retention Solve issues of customers related to orders, pick up, delivery and quality of requested products.


Primary duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is an energetic with good communication skills who can take incoming calls, answer inquiries about products, manage and escalate customer inquiries and build a quality relationship with our customers.
Answer incoming calls or make outgoing calls and requests on Whatsapp chat from customers with inquiries on products availability, order and delivery status.
Make necessary changes as requested by customers regarding the modification of ordered products.
Take advance booking for products and arrange for scheduled delivery.
Coordinate with customers and find the delivery time and location.
Arrange customer requested products from any of companys branches or procure locally from other vendors.
Contact customers to respond to queries with alternate products choice in case of non-availability of requested products.
Contact customers about the delay in delivery of products.
Follow up customers for pick up of products from Head Office location.
Administer and prioritize customer orders and ensure delivery of all orders within the required timeframe.
Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Perform other duties as and when needed.
