TELESALES EXECUTIVE

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be speaking to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products, and arranging meetings with interested clients. Your goal will be to build customer interest and support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Book meetings with potential clients.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly.
  • Handle customer questions and provide correct information.
  • Keep records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Respect customer requests about future contact.
  • Call back past customers to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Work towards daily and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle objections.
