Telesales Executive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales / inside sales (experience in corporate gifting, promotional items, or B2B sales is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi will be an added advantage).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to promote our gifting solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gift options.
  • Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
