Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our team at HOF Global. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into clients. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce HOF Global’s services.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert into successful sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/database.
  • Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on immigration, consultancy, and related service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven telesales, call center, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Urdu).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
