Job Title: Stock Market Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell stock market investment products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in financial markets, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote investment products
  • Explain stock market concepts and company services clearly and confidently
  • Build rapport with clients and identify their investment needs
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven with a persuasive personality
  • Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial instruments is a plus
  • Previous telesales or financial services experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Qualifications:

  • MBA ,marketing, Experience,graduate
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated..

Preferred Skills:

  • Hindi & gujrati
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
