Kolo is a fast-growing marketplace for home construction & interiors. Our flagship program, SmartSelect, helps homeowners save lakhs while getting the best designers, contractors & interior products.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive in Kochi to consult homeowners, explain SmartSelect packages, and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the first point of contact, guiding them through designer, contractor, and product choices.

What You’ll Do

  • Call & engage with inbound leads (ads, campaigns, referrals)
  • Understand homeowner needs & explain SmartSelect value
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Manage leads & pipeline in CRM for smooth closures
  • Share feedback to improve sales & marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 yrs in telesales/inside sales (interiors, real estate, insurance, lifestyle sales preferred)
  • Freshers with excellent communication
  • Strong Malayalam (English is a plus)
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach
  • Target-driven & high ownership mindset

What You’ll Get

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
