Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive who will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining services, and converting leads into customers. The candidate must be a graduate with at least 2 years of experience in selling services

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Explain digital marketing services to clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed business through persuasive communication and negotiation.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and client records in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the business development and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in tele-sales / inside sales / service sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
