Telesales Executive

1. Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and sales.

2. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote products or services.

3. Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Conversion: Convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding targets.

5. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and potential upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proven telesales experience .

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
