Sky View Real Estate is one of Dubai’s leading real estate firms, recognized for excellence, integrity, and innovation in property management and brokerage services. Our Property Management Department is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive in our Property Management Department, you will be responsible for contacting property owners, landlords, and investors to promote our professional management services. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the department’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (property owners and landlords) to introduce Sky View’s property management services.
  • Explain the benefits of professional property management and address client inquiries.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the property management team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call details.
  • Follow up with clients to build long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the property management and sales teams to meet monthly targets.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
