Job Title: Tele-caller (Hindi & English Speaking) - Customer Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Tele-caller to join our Customer Support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, with strong communication skills. Freshers as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handling inbound customer queries.

• Explaining products/services clearly to customers.

• Maintaining proper records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieving daily/weekly call targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in tele-calling or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
