Role & responsibilities

- Sales & Lead Generation

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School/Diploma; Bachelors preferred.
  • Experience: 03 years in tele sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Solar Sales Experience Preferable
