Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and creating tailored proposals for clients' needs. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts for the sale of services. You will play a key role in driving business growth and promoting the company's service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Skill in conducting Market Research and creating Custom Proposals
• Basic knowledge of construction or waterproofing services (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to meet targets, work independently, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English, and knowledge of local languages is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
