We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining our products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
  • Present company products/services over the phone professionally and convincingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries effectively and provide detailed product information.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign optimization.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Salary Range:

₹7,500 – ₹22,500 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance)
