Telesales Executive

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients and generating leads for our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads and businesses interested in improving their online presence.
• Clearly explain DigitalVia's digital marketing services and their benefits to potential clients.
• Answer questions and address concerns about our services in a professional and informative manner.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss client needs in more detail.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities and interactions with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date on DigitalVia's services and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive and professional company image through every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients over the phone.
• Experience with lead generation and outbound calling techniques.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help businesses.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
