Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to sell products/services
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain call records and follow-up schedules
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Build rapport and handle objections professionally
• Conduct outbound calls to customers or prospects
• Share information about services and offers
• Record responses and escalate queries if needed
• Ensure high call quality and customer engagement
• Support marketing and sales campaigns
