Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Agra. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, promoting company products, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, offering tailored product recommendations, converting leads into sales, and maintaining accurate call records. The role demands consistent communication with clients to ensure customer support and satisfaction and to achieve set sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and having an experience into lead generation from B2B portals (Indiamart).
  • Identify prospects and convert leads into successful transactions.
  • Experience in Customer Support to provide solutions and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Organizational skills to manage call logs, sales data, and time effectively.
  • Basic technical understanding of transformers and the electrical sector is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
